Waiting for the event to start we were treated to a Dixieland Band and an amazing buffet of appetizers.
Reporters were everywhere wandering thru the crowd getting interviews from guests and taking copious notes. Washington Delegate Kathy MacDonald was interviewed at our table by a reporter from the New York Times, and Luanne was interviewed as well.
Certainly most questions I heard bordered on tacky concerning Sarah Palin's precious baby, her daughter Britsol, or about her being a working mother.
