In Washington DC, a city of memorials, where barely an acre of public space remains that doesn't commemorate a famous person or event, thousands of Americans came today as living monuments to the war on the unborn.
In the 37 years since Roe v. Wade, the March for Life has led millions up Constitution Avenue to the Supreme Court--where the decision of seven unelected men has led to the largest loss of life in all of human history.
Every year, families travel over miles of wintery highways in the hope that one day this struggle will end. Undeterred by icy wind or rain, this generation of survivors will never let the nation forget the blood spilled in the name of "choice."
